FIPGC Pre-Selection Chocolate Competition
Every two year, the International Federation of Pastry Ice-cream Chocolate (FIPGC) organizes the World Championships of “The World Trophy of Pastry Ice Cream Chocolate FIPGC” and “Cake Designers World Championship FIPGC”. The next World Championships will take place at Host Fiera Milano from 18 to 22 October 2019.
The FIPGC Pre-Selection Chocolate Competition will be held on the first day of the show, 6th July, 11am-3pm. Don't miss the chance to see our Hong Kong talents!
