Chef Wong Yim Yin - GODIVA Sous Chef Chocolatier, Pacific Rim

Chef Yin officially joined GODIVA Chocolatier, the renowned chocolate company that is used imperially by the Belgian Royal family, in October 2000. Chef Yin was first employed as a salesperson at GODIVA Chocolatier. He then was promoted as Chocolate Connoisseur in October 2002 and became GODIVA Sous Chef Chocolatier, Pacific Rim in 2017.


Workshop Description

Chef Yin will teach you the chocolate savoring by 4 senses which are look, smell, listen and taste. 10-12 DIY GODIVA Truffles will be made during the workshop.



  • Each session lasts for 1.5 hours with ingredients and equipment provided.

  • Workshop will be conducted mainly in Cantonese.

  • Quota of each session is limited to 12. Tickets are on a first-come-first-served basis.

  • This workshop is available for adults aged 18 or above.

  • Pre-Show Ticket Price includes one set of material for the entitled workshop. Free admission of one adult aged 18 or above by presenting the valid workshop ticket.

  • At-The-Door workshop ticket price includes one set of material for the entitled workshop. Please proceed to the organizer counter in Hall 5G to purchase the ticket.

  • Pre-Show Ticket of this workshop can be paid via Paypal. Please present the receipt email at the entrance of Hall 5G to redeem the wristband to enter the Salon, and present the receipt email at the classroom to join the workshop.
