Koo Ka Chun. As one of Hong Kong’s most celebrated pastry chefs, Chef Koo is an award-winning chocolate sculptor and television host on TVB, with over 20 years of experience creating pastries in kitchens including the Mandarin Oriental. Together with his award-winning team, PJK use the top European and local suppliers to bring customers the best quality food and bakery ingredients and supplies, our partners include Capfruit, Weiss, President etc.
Join Chef Koo for this intensive workshop designed especially for expert home cooks or beginner pastry professionals who are looking to learn more about chocolate confections and take their chocolates to the next level. Throughout the day you’ll learn all of the basics of handling chocolate from ganaches to tempering, coating and more. You will take home boxes of your chocolate creations.
Key technique you can learn: Spray Chocolate Mold, Filling Making, Chocolate Transfer and Mold Making Technique
Each session lasts for 1.5 hours with ingredients and equipment provided.
Workshop will be conducted mainly in Cantonese.
Quota of each session is limited to 12. Tickets are on a first-come-first-served basis.
This workshop is available for adults aged 18 or above.
Pre-Show Ticket Price includes one set of material for the entitled workshop. Free admission of one adult aged 18 or above by presenting the valid workshop ticket.
At-The-Door workshop ticket price includes one set of material for the entitled workshop. Please proceed to the organizer counter in Hall 5G to purchase the ticket.
